Any applicable price, billing interval, renewal term and cancellation conditions are presented during the purchase flow. Review those details before confirming payment.
1. Free services
Candidate job search and other services identified as free can be used without a purchase. Closing an account does not create a refund because no fee was charged for a free service.
2. Paid services
Employer posting, promotion, subscription, recruiting or other paid services may have specific commercial terms shown at checkout or in an order confirmation. Those terms form part of the applicable purchase.
3. Cancellation
If a service has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation where the applicable order terms permit it. Subscription services can generally be cancelled for future billing periods using the available account controls or by contacting support.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service, the purchase terms, the stage of delivery and applicable law. A service that has already been fully delivered may not be refundable unless the order terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
If Hirvanta offers recurring paid plans, the checkout flow will identify the recurring nature of the charge. Cancelling a renewal prevents future charges but does not automatically reverse a prior period that has already been billed, subject to the applicable terms and law.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right, cancellation right, refund right, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian federal or provincial legislation.
