Hirvanta
FOR EMPLOYERS

Create job postings candidates can trust.

Good job posts are specific, honest and easy to understand. These guidelines help hiring teams publish useful opportunities on Hirvanta.

Use a clear title

Choose a job title candidates actually search for. Avoid keyword stuffing, excessive capitalization and unexplained internal codes.

Describe the real role

Explain responsibilities, required qualifications, experience, work arrangement, location and compensation information accurately. If a requirement is preferred rather than mandatory, say so.

Represent clients accurately

If you are recruiting on behalf of a client, make the relationship and candidate visibility setting clear. Only identify an end client when you are authorized to do so.

Keep postings current

Close or pause roles that are no longer available. Update changes rather than leaving candidates with outdated information.

Respect candidates

Do not request unnecessary sensitive information in a public job description or use discriminatory requirements that are not lawful and job-related.
