Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and handle it in accordance with applicable privacy and employment requirements.
Client postings
If you recruit on behalf of another organization, you are responsible for having authority to represent that organization and for selecting appropriate candidate-visibility settings.
Hiring decisions
Employers and recruiting organizations remain responsible for hiring decisions, candidate communications, interviews, offers and employment relationships.
Platform terms
This agreement works together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Job Posting Guidelines.
